How to fix YouTube lag on Android?

Everyone knows that. Watching a video on YouTube, suddenly it stops and the video is over. Well, it's a YouTube fault. Generally, It's called buffering bug. The video just won't buffer and that causes lags and stops every damn second. How to fix this bug? It's easy.

There is, as always - easy fix for that. And XDA member bamsbamx made a flashable .ZIP which fixes the bug by placing a init.d script to your system.
For those you want to know the details:

/system/bin/iptables -A OUTPUT -d 173.194.55.0/24 -j DROP
/system/bin/iptables -A OUTPUT -d 206.111.0.0/16 -j DROP

It's a clever way how to solve the problem the best way.

Don't forget to make a nandroid backup before flashing the zip in a case of sudden problems.

As we Android users well know, nothing is for sure especially in flashing zips. If the mod makes any problems and you want to revert back, just delete the file:

/system/etc/init.d/01youtubefix
